Michael Reitano, President


MICHAEL REITANO  President

Mr. Reitano is a Graduath a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.  Upon graduation in 1986, Mr. Reitano started his employment with Pacer Investigation Service, Inc.  After extensive training and field experience, Mr. Reitano became an Investigative Supervisor in 1990.  In 1997, Mr. Reitano obtained his New York State Private Investigators and New York State Adjuster’s licenses, and opened Probe Services.  Management duties consist of supervision of investigators and office staff in Buffalo, as well as major accounts throughout New York & Florida.  Mr. Reitano has completed initial courses at the New York Academy of Fire Science Training, obtaining a certificate in Fire Behavior and Arson Awareness and Principles of Fire Investigation, and has also obtained a certificate as Fraud Claim Law Specialist from the American Educational Institute, Inc.

Joseph J. Hunger, Vice President


JOSEPH J. HUNGER  Vice-President

Mr. Hunger is a 1990 Graduate of Buffalo State College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.  In 1990, Mr. Hunger also started his employment with Pacer Investigation Service, Inc. in Buffalo as an investigator.  In 1992, Mr. Hunger became manager of the Pacer office in Syracuse, covering Central New York.  In 1997, Mr. Hunger obtained his New York State Private Investigator’s License and opened Nightingale Investigations, Inc., in Syracuse, NY.  In 2000, Mr. Hunger became Vice-President of Probe Services and managed the Syracuse office.  In 2001, Mr. Hunger returned to the Buffalo area and has continued his duties as Vice-President.  Mr. Hunger’s current duties consist of management of investigators and specific major accounts across New York State and all international investigations.

Kenneth A. Horton, Vice President


KENNETH A. HORTON  Vice-President

Mr. Horton is a 1983 Graduate of Niagara University, Lewiston, NY, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.  Upon graduation, Mr. Horton completed a two-year tour as an Artillery officer in the U.S. Army.  In 1985, Mr. Horton started his employment with Pacer Investigation Service, Inc. in Buffalo as an Investigator, conducting Worker’s Compensation, Criminal, and Liability investigations in the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse area.  Mr. Horton has also been employed as a Special Investigator with Peter M. Vito & Associates; a New York State licensed Private Investigation Company in Buffalo, conducting detailed Criminal, Civil, Corporate and Product Liability cases in the Western and Central New York area.  In 1997, Mr. Horton obtained a New York State Private Investigator’s License and became owner and operator of Orion Investigative Services, Inc., in Buffalo.  In 2002, Mr. Horton became Vice-President of Probe Services, merging exiting company clients and employees.  Current duties consist of corporate and insurance marketing, supervision of investigators, as well as handling specific major accounts statewide and nationally.

Richard A. Chenez, Director


RICHARD CHENEZ    Director of Investigative Services

Mr. Chenez Graduated from State University College @ Buffalo in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Rick has over 25 years of experience as an Investigator. He is a NYS Notary Public and became a NYS Licensed Private Investigator with Pacer Investigation Services in September 1985. Mr. Chenez later became Vice President/Investigative Manager at Pacer in 1990. He was hired by Probe Services in January 2005, merging and managing several National clients with exiting PSPI clientele. Mr. Chenez has personally completed and supervised investigations including surveillance, product liability, and criminal investigations throughout New York State, Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, Texas, Arizona and Nevada. Rick is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of insurance, domestic and criminal investigations, to include taking signed, recorded and stenographic statements, diagrams, photographs, document retrieval, internet searches and client/case management.

Craig M. O'Donnell, Chief Operations Manager


CRAIG M. O’DONNELL    Chief Operations Manager

Mr. O’Donnell is a NYS Peace Officer, US Army Military Police Veteran and US Army Leadership Development School top 20% graduate.  While serving, Craig had conducted covert surveillance investigations as a member of the Black Market Suppression Team in Seoul, Korea.  Following his military service, Mr. O’Donnell worked for a NY based security firm as the Operations Manager.  He went on to work as an Undercover Operative with a large investigative and security company before coming to PSPI Group as a Special Investigator.  Mr. O’Donnell later started up and managed Probe Services’ regional office in Albany, NY before returning to the PSPI Group corporate offices as a Case Manager.  He spent 4+ years overseeing several accounts, as well as managing all investigations outside of New York.  In 2010, with the rapid growth and success of Probe Services and subsequent need for in-depth analyses, policy and standardization, Craig was appointed as the Chief Operations Manager of the PSPI Group.  Craig acts as an IT consultant & liazon for PSPI Group; he is trained in Computer Forensics and is also a NYS Notary Public.  Mr. O’Donnell has completed a multitude of law enforcement training and certification, most recently, “National Incident Command” with the Dept of Homeland Security/FEMA.

Larry Milanesi, Director of Business Developement


LARRY MILANESI    Director of Business Development

Mr. Milanesi is a licensed security consultant in the British Channel Islands, retired NYPD Detective and former National Director of Investigations for OneBeacon Insurance.  He has also obtained a certificate as Fraud Claim Law Specialist from the American Educational Institute. The International Association of Special Investigation Units had invited Larry to be a guest speaker at their annual seminars in 2005 Phoenix, Arizona and again in 2006 at La Quinta, California.  In addition Larry worked on committees, acted as a media spokesperson and served on boards with the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, New York Alliance Against Insurance Fraud and the American Insurance Association.  He was involved with the creation of a best practices anti-fraud guide for insurance adjusters and currently conducts anti-fraud training for customers of the PSPI Group.

Frank Henry, SIU DIrector


FRANK HENRY     SIU Manager

Mr. Henry served two years in the U.S. Army. In 1971, he began his employment with the New York City Department of Corrections and in 1973 became a member of the New York City Police Department with special training in Criminal Investigations, Auto Crime, Sensitivity Training, Hostage Recovery, Kidnapping and Insurance Fraud. He attained the rank of detective and was assigned to the NYPD Major Case Squad. He is a 1978 graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. After retiring from the New York City Police Department, Mr. Henry worked for GA/OneBeacon Insurance from 1993 through 2007, where he started as a SIU Investigator, moved to Supervisor and then became the SIU Manager,  FCLS.  Mr. Henry is the National Hockey League Security Representative for the Buffalo Sabres.

ANDREA THOMAS, Marketing Representative


ANDREA THOMAS      Marketing Representative

Andrea is a 2004 graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Public Management. Her career began managing claims at Utica National Insurance Group. In 2007 she became an Area Sales Manager for GENEX Services Inc., where she was responsible for selling and marketing managed care solutions throughout the upstate NY region. In 2009, Andrea took on another sales and marketing position for PMSI.  Representing their medical services and equipment division, she started by managing the upstate NY region, later taking on all of NY and NJ. Andrea joined the PSPI Group marketing team in 2012.
